Cheese has its origins in distant Sicily. It has come a long way, but once it has come to us, it has been wonderfully integrated and now it has come to be on our tables. Since then, we keep the authentic recipe very carefully, and its aromatic taste has delighted our taste buds, that we included it in our traditional Romanian dishes. No meal without Montana Cheese!
